Primary Purpose (The main reason for this job exists):
The principle role of Sales Manager for MICE market in ATR is to increase market share of the growing outbound MICE market of China.
Responsibility (General job description---what will the candidate do on the job that contributes to the overall production of the company?):
1. Increase the positive awareness of to the MICE travel industry across China
2. Achieve and exceed the sales targets of incentive events from China to ATR's MICE clients.
3. Develop strong relationships with and complete understanding of MICE, corporate event planners and incentive travel companies across China in order to partner market tourism products and companies.
4. Must be able to organize sales call programs and host visiting foreign clients to the corporate MICE travel market ensuring great success.
5. Constantly source market intelligence of competitor, corporate incentive, airline, travel industry and destination activity the market.
6. Be able to provide regular reports in an agreed format on a regular basis.
7. At all times reflect to the market place the professional integrity of ATR and our MICE clients.
8. Develop and implement strategies cooperatively with multinational corporation, MICE planners is travel agents, airlines and government bureaus in developing of the client's MICE business from the China travel market.
9. Be able professionally produce event proposals in Chinese on behalf of MICE's clients in the current brand standards and accurate information.
10. Constantly follow up all potential MICE leads converting into business for MICE's clients.

4. 必须保证有一定的电话拜访,和东道国来访的外国客户也要定期进行交流,这样才能确保我们在公司,会展的旅游市场上取得巨大的成功。
5. 定期搜索竞争对手市场动态,搜集奖励旅游市场,航空公司,旅行社,以及各大出境旅游目的地的市场推广活动的信息。
6. 定期写报告,报告会有统一的格式,基本规格。
7. 任何时候都要体现ATR和我们客户(即会展中心)的专业操守。
8. 与旅行社,航空公司和政府部门,跨国公司,会展策划者制定和实施战略合作,以便为我们的客户在中国更好的发展业务。
9. 在中国能有专业会展背景,并能代表我们的客户---会展中心充分表达当前品牌和正确信息的。
10. 能够不断挖掘潜在客户而最终成使其变为我们的客户---会展中心的客户。
Requirement:
1. Candidates must be fluent in both Mandarin and English
2. Be able to travel both domestically & internationally.
3. International exposure.
4. At least related experience for 5 years.
5. Very good communication and people skill.
6. Familiar with multinational corporation, MICE planners is travel agents, airlines and government bureaus is must.
