Shanghai EXPO DMC Leader
Primary Purpose :
The Destination Services line of business sells activities and services for Shanghai Expo, airline tickets, tours, attractions, ground transfers, and airport parking to consumers before they leave on their trips and/or while they are in destination.
This position has daily interaction with external partners, other members of the Destination Services team, and internal managers for multiple lines of business.
Responsibility:
1. Developing new partner relationships and bringing new destination services products into the portfolio.
2. Negotiating attractive offers, margins, inventory, and other commercial terms.
3. Resolving day-to-day problems such as accounting, invoicing, and notification.
4. Producing regular reports on partner activity, including weekly/monthly reports, regular partner satisfaction surveys.
5. Helping to identify, prioritize, and drive operational improvements, such as new categories of supply, enhanced ticket types, streamlined redemption and accounting processes, etc.
6. Attending Tradeshows and individual account visits to review information and processes with existing partners, develop promotional ideas, and cultivate new supply relationships.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree.
2. Fluent in English, both writing and conversation.
3. At least 2 to 3 years working experience in Operation of travel business.
4. Strong ambition and desire to sales and success.
5. International exposure.
