Primary Purpose (The main reason for this job exists):
The scope of the position is to guarantee all the accounting and management of cash flow activities, take charge of overall financial affairs and financial management, conduct financial planning, budgeting, reporting and analysis

Responsibility
1. Plan Annual Budget
规划年度预算
2. Monthly actual revenue results and cost accounting, with the relevant variances analysis

3. Financial and profit projection

4. Take a part in specific meetings with the General Manager, aimed at identifying corrective actions and / or improvements to increase the Company’s economic performance

5. Accounting scrutiny and review
财务审查
6. Forecasting, monitoring, utilizing and investment of funds
预测,监控, 和合理使用资金
7. Ensure continuous and regular information update to the Shareholders

8. Bookkeeping, and in charge of AP and AR
记帐并管理AP 与AR
9. Cooperate with audit company and law consultant

10. Accurately control and predict cash flow, ensure unified management and capital operation, as well as regulate risk control and cost control

Requirement:
1. University degree or above, major in Finance and Accounting
大学本科或以上,财务或会计专业
2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
熟练掌握Microsoft Excel的应用
3. 3 years or above working experience in a Finance or Accounting position
3年以上财务工作经验
4. Good knowledge of the banking system

5. Good knowledge of foreigner management reporting activities

6. Strong finance acumen in a matrix organization, good at cross-function collaboration
